My partner and I engaged the services of Buildme Dunedin Ltd earlier this year to replace and extend our rear deck and to install a Bowranda gazebo including 4 x retractable blinds. Most of our dealings were with Rhys Heatley, who was at all times thoroughly professional in his dealings with us.

As well as Rhys, we had positive contact with other senior members of his team, for different phases of the project, and admin, and all were possessed of excellent customer service skills, as were indeed his more junior colleagues when they were on site.

Because Buildme Dunedin was operating as agent for the manufacturer and supplier of Bowranda there were at times some delays which were understandable but the project has been completed to a high standard and we are well pleased with the end result.

Those who have viewed the gazebo have been impressed with the excellent standard of construction and finish and we have been well-pleased with this handsome extension to our living.
